PCS Company congratulates Heather Hartman on her induction into the 2024 Plastics News Women Breaking the Mold! This is a great honor and no one is more deserving. Heather, who has been in the plastics industry for over 20 years, is our Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager. She lists her key values as transparency and honesty, and she has tangibly improved the performance of both departments thanks to her tremendous leadership.

PCS Company held its first “Bring Your Child to Work Event,” on July 9th 2024. This was a fun filled day that took place onsite and consisted of shop tours, learning to pick and pack product, scavenger hunts, safety presentations and job shadowing their parents. Each child was given a plaque made in house along with a pizza lunch and surprise ice cream truck! This day was a big hit with children begging to come back again!

PCS Company, on June 24th, 2024, held a Townhall Meeting, led by our President Angela Elsey. The meeting reviewed PCS Company’s recent performances, welcomed new team members and celebrated promotions. Lots of topics were covered including the recent NPE show and what a success it was for the company! Also, discussed the importance of being a customer-centric, quality-focused organization.
