PCS Company Premium Gate cutters offer a balance of ergonomic shapes and blade designs to give you cut above results on your plastic parts and runners. Whether the operator is right or left handed, we have the perfect gate cutter to choose from. The blades are made of induction hardened steel with extra sharp cutting surfaces. The handles are made with through hardened steel and covered with non-slip material.
The Select Gate Cutters are proven precision cutters available in sizes 4-1/2” to 8” long in flat or rounded back design, the economical line of cutters and nippers are available with flat or round back in sizes 5” to 7” long with special angled cutters in 45 or 90 degree blades.
The Super Gate Cutters are ergonomically designed using Swedish / American tool steel and are precision ground while using an adjustable pivot joint. These cutters are the choice of hundreds of operator’s as they easily slice through plastic and the thick foam grips protect the hands from fatigue.
Heated and pneumatic (air-operated) gate cutters have proven to be a very good choice for cosmetic plastic parts where appearance is critical. Molding machine operators appreciate using the air powered cutters as they are lightweight, easy to use & slice through hard materials such as polycarbonate and ABS.
