PCS Company insulator sheets are made in the U.S.A and pre-cut with locating ring center holes to fit standard PCS mold bases and others such as DME®. Based on your specific processing application, choose either ¼” or ½” thicknesses. These insulator sheets are asbestos free, oil and moisture resistant plus have high hot compressive strength. PCS Company’s insulator sheets are found on injection molds, die casting molds, compression molds, and hot runner systems. PCS Company also offers blank insulator sheets from 18” x 36” up to 48” x 96”. For non-standard sizes,  please fill out our special insulator sheet quote form.
