Barb-Tech™ Hose Assembly Tools & Accessories
PCS Company offers the Barb-Tech™ PQD hose assembly tool kit to address the assembly of Socket Connectors Non-Valved or Quick Disconnect (QD) fittings commonly used in the plastics injection molding and die casting industries. Other application for the hose assembly tool kits include robotics, pneumatics and other industrial applications.
The assembly tools come with a dedicated mandrel set designed to hold straight and 90° quick disconnects (non-valved) while installing 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″ push-lock hose to connect to your mold. Barb-Tech™ PQD assembly kit is portable and light weight and saves time by taking the tool to the hose instead of taking the hose to the tool.
