The 3-piece design features a durable extended life coil heater that is closer to the melt stream with a built-in thermocouple that senses right at the tip. The wires leads are protected with 40 inches of heavy duty stainless steel sheathing material. The Internally Coil Heated Nozzle provides twice the wattage of a conventional externally heated nozzle giving you precise control over the nozzle tip temperature resulting in reduced stringing & elimination of freeze-offs.
