PCS Company offers a complete line of PC based hot runner temperature controllers from 6 zones up to 72 as a standard. Both the Onyx and TC50 temperature controllers are full featured with HMI touch screen displays to easily program, monitor and record your hot runner processing parameters. Standard features include self-diagnostics, mold memory, zone slaving, leak detection ( TC50 ), group set up, multiple languages, soft start and injection press connectivity for I/O functions to name a few. These hot runner controllers utilize industry standard connectors to accommodate 12 zone power and thermocouple cables.
