Custom Externally Heated Nozzle Bodies
PCS Company’s Custom Externally Heated Nozzle Bodies are built to your specific length, rear opening and a choice of thermocouple thread sizes. These nozzle bodies are made of 4140 tool steel with a hardness range of 34-36 Rc. The internal flow channel is hand polished along with the front and rear sealing surfaces. Enhance the performance of the nozzle body with the Linear Edge Nozzle Filter. Select the option below to have the nozzle body machined for the linear filter. Thermocouples, heater bands, nozzle tips and filters sold separately.
