Bolexp Ball Guidance

Bolexp ball guidance bushings are made of hardened steel and ground to perfection. The inside of the bushing holds a fixed bronze cage with the circulating balls. The translation system is made up of several rows of precision balls that are circulating endlessly. The unique design of the Bolexp ball guidance bushings has the balls running at a slight angle which enlarges the contact area with the leader pin allowing for greater load capacity. The bushings come in 4 varieties to choose from to meet your specific application. To complete the system, use the Bolexp leader pins which are surface hardened.
