Scale Removal System, 15 GPM w/10 Gal. Tank
PCS Company offers Goodway® GDS-C40 Scale Removal System with a 10 gallon tank and capable of pumping 15 GPM. Constructed of heavy-duty polyethylene and acid-proof components, these units are designed for years of use in industrial applications. The secret to their success at removing scale lies in the innovative Flow Reversal Valve. During the descaling process, limescale dissolves and creates foam and gas, a barrier to further scale reduction. Using the Flow Reversal Valve allows the foam and gas to discharge into the tank, eliminating the barrier effect and speeding up the descaling process. Each unit is self-priming and safely contains chemicals within its integral tank, allowing maximum user-friendliness. The GDS-C40 works great on small to mid size molds and operational applications like oil coolers, plate and frame heat exchangers, vacuum pumps, marine pumps, and more. It can also circulate other liquids, like glycol and antifreeze, to support winterizing heating and chilled system against freezing.
